Georgia DT names a leader

Nick Butler is a defensive tackle prospect that just keeps growing into the position. Butler played tight end and nose guard last year for Warner Robins High School at around 250 pounds. He is already up to 6-2 and 260 pounds this summer, and is rapidly growing into a prospect that can make an early contribution on the next level.

Warner Robins went 8-4 last season, and Butler is looking at several schools in the south with one rising to the top of his Top 5.

"I'm looking at Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida, Auburn, and Alabama right now," said Butler. "Georgia is my favorite team right now. I think I have good pursuit and rush the passer well. I'm going to try and work on my speed and strength this summer."

Butler is a solid "B" student and will be taking the SAT for the first time this weekend.
