Quarterback Trevor Lawrence (6'6/200) is Scout's No. 1 college football recruiting prospect in the Class of 2018 regardless of position. In fact, it's safe to say he's the No. 1 quarterback prospect in the country, period.

Still a junior, Lawrence has all of the tools one could ask for in a quarterback. He's got a strong, elastic arm capable of making any throw from a variety of angles. He doesn't need to set his feet to generate velocity, because his 6'5 frame provides so much torque coming out of his hand.

His latest game against Westlake showed off the entire arsenal for Lawrence.

On the recruiting front, Lawrence obviously has his pick of schools, but Clemson and Georgia appear to be the favorites at this time.

There are roughly one million high school football players in the United States. To be considered the No. 1 College Football prospect in this group takes a special talent.

Trevor Lawrence is a special talent.
