Georgia OL on Verge of Commitment

Antwoin Daniels of Mary Persons High School has his first offer, and he's ready to make a decision.

Antwoin Daniels is an offensive tackle prospect out of Mary Persons High School in Forsyth, GA. The 6'5 265lb OL has received the one offer he was waiting on, he and appears ready to end the recruiting process very shortly.

"Auburn is my favorite, and they are the only ones to offer me so far. I'm ready to commit, and will probably make it official in the next week or two."

Besides the Tigers, Daniels also lists Middle Tennessee, Georgia, Louisville, and Georgia Tech as schools he was considering. In the end, it came down to Antwoin's fondness of the AU coaching staff.

"I've been on four or five visits there and I liked it a lot. I like Coach Nall, and Coach Tuberville is just so laid back and cool. I'm really looking forward to playing on TV, and just getting into some games."

What does Antwoin feel he can improve upon the most before his freshman year on the Plains?

"I need to improve my strength. Right now, I'm just a tall guy with good speed. I've also only played the game for three years but I've learned quite a bit."

Daniels has an excellent frame to build upon for an Offensive Tackle, and this is currently the position that he's slated to play in college.
