Mike Fair is an up and coming offensive lineman from Cartersville that will draw a lot of attention this spring and summer during the evaluation periods. He is 6-3 and 260 pounds and moves extremely well. He grew up a fan of an out of state team, and he is looking at several other schools as well.
"I grew up an Alabama fan," said Fair. "A lot of my family lives
in Tuscaloosa. I also like Georgia, Auburn, Arkansas, Maryland, and Ole Miss."
What does Fair like about the remaining schools on his list?
Georgia - "I like Mark Richt and the coaching staff at Georgia."
Auburn - "I like the facilities and the tradition."
Arkansas - "They've really been recruiting me the hardest. They are sending
me a lot of letters."
Maryland - "They were the first team to contact me."
Ole Miss - "Ole Miss is another school I liked growing up. My brother lives
about an hour from there."
Fair throws the shot and the discus for his track team. He is also a good
student and should have no trouble qualifying.
