Referees hone skills in GCSU workshop
The officiating camp, held at GCSU's Cenntennial Center, was led by five head officials. The focus was to provide continuing education for some 37 Georgia High School Association referees. For the fourth year running, the referee camp aligned its dates with the college's team camp for area high schools so the referees could practice their skills on real teams. Following the referees' performances, the five head officials offer them critiques.
