Top Performers: 1st Round of Playoffs

Warner Robins place-kicker David Clark kicked four field goals including a Demons record-setting 50-yarder to beat Mundy's Mill 40-14 on Saturday night. Clark also kicked two from 37 yards and a 27 yarder to set the Demons all-time season record for field goals. GAVSV.com takes a look at some of the top performers from the 1st round of the state playoffs.

Lyle Allen, QB, Cartersville - went 6-for-8 for 143 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 71 yards and two more scores in 49-0 win over Chestatee.

Will Badcock, TE, Brookstone - had two touchdown receptions for 86 yards (61 & 25 yds) in 38-0 win over Atkinson Co.

Dexter Barnett, RB, Grady - accounted for 270 yards of total offense, also scored a career-high five touchdowns in 39-16 victory over Apalachee.

Sean Baxley, QB, Tift county - went 22-for-38 passing for 203 yards and one touchdown in 22-7 win over East Coweta.

Brett Bell, QB, Morgan County - completed 11 of 23 passes for 241 yards and two touchdowns in 50-48 (3 OT) loss to Heard county.

Ricky Casko, QB, Cass - completed 11-of-21 passes for 175 yards and a touchdown.

Lee Chapple, QB, GAC - ran for 44 yards and passed for 129 yards and a touchdown in 35-0 victory against Chattooga.

David Clark, K, Warner Robins - the sophomore kicked four field goals including a Demons record-setting 50-yarder. He was a perfect 4-4 with the PAT's in a 40-14 victory over Mundy's Mill.

Marcus Coggins , RB, Bremen - had 24 carries for 132 yards and two touchdowns in 27-19 win over Wilkinson County.

Kalvin Daniels, RB, Dodge County - rushed for 143 yards on 23 carries in 20-13 win over Thomasville.

Dwight Dasher, QB, Charlton County - completed 14 of 28 passes for 250 yards and five touchdowns as Charlton County defeated Screven County 43-6.

Brandon Davis, RB, Peachtree Ridge - rushed for 214 yards on 28 carries in 17-3 win over Wheeler.

Jonathan Davis, RB, St Pius X - had 13 carries for 111 yards and a touchdown. He also threw a halfback pass 34 yards for a touchdown. Davis posted 10 tackles on defense including 1 tackle for a loss in a 31-14 win over Dalton.

Steve Delzince, RB, East Paulding - rushed for 100 yards and added three touchdown runs in 51-6 win over Madison County.

Alfonzo Dennnard, WR, Wilcox County - had 8 receptions for 125 yards and two tochdowns in 14-7 win over Savannah Country Day.

Lorenzo Dennard, QB, Wilcox County - completed 15-29 passes for 233 yards and two touchdowns.

Andrew Donovan, QB, Wesleyan - completed 24 of 51 passes for 335 yards and two touchdowns in 21-31 loss to Calhoun.

Jimmy Eden, WR, Landmark Chrisian - had 108 recieving yards, a receiving touchdown, 21 rushing yards, 7 tackles, 1 interception, and a 88 yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Brandon Edmond, WR, Dublin - had two catches for 63 yards. Both of Edmonds' receptions were for Irish touchdowns (31, 32).

Charlie Edwards, K, Tift County - kicked three field goals of 48, 41 and 34-yards in 22-7 win over East Coweta.

Brian Ellis, QB, Peach County - completed 14 of 20 passes for 253 yards and two touchdowns as Peach shut out Crisp County 38-0.

Justin Gainey, RB, Clinch County - ran for 151 yards on 16 carries and three touchdowns in 40-0 win over taylor County.

Arsenio Glenn, WR, Baldwin - caught two passes for 107 yards while adding a touchdown on a kickoff return in 49-7 win over Americus-Sumter.

Cam Greathouse, QB, Shaw - had a record breaking game against South Effingham throwing for four touchdowns, two to both All-American TE Bruce Figgins and RB Arsenio Williams.

P.J. Green, RB, Rome - gained 210 yards on 19 carries with three touchdowns. He had touchdown runs of 77, 29 and 2 yards in 42-14 win over Southwest DeKalb.

TiJuan Green, RB, Northside-Warner Robins - had 6 carries for 115 yards and two touchdowns in 41-0 win over Lee County.

Deon Harden, RB, Washington County - had 220 yards rushing and three toucdons in 32-22 win over Troup.

Mychal Harrison, RB, Westlake - tallied 256 total yards, including 146 on 26 carries and 110 yards receiving on just eight catches.

Bo Hatchett, QB, Habersham Central - finished the game 9-for-16 passing for 123 yards and two touchdowns.

Demery Hawkins, RB, Toombs County - had 113 yards rushing on 14 carries.

Reuben Haynes, QB, Commerce - rushed 20 times for 199 yards and three TDs and threw for 48 yards and two scores in 41-10 win over Whitefield Academy.

Kaream Hess, RB, Tift County - had 23 carries for 95 yards rushing and a touchdown. Hess also caught six passes for 36 yards.

Bevan Hopper, RB, Athens Academy - tallied up 93 yards on 15 carries and one touchdown.

Twoey Hosch, QB, Buford - threw for 124 yards and three touchdowns in 52-0 win over Rockmart.

Mario Howard, RB, Peach County - rushed for 157 yards and two touchdowns.

Marques Ivory, QB, Northside-Warner Robins - completed 6-9 passes with three touchdowns and carried three times for 56 yards in 41-0 win over Lee County.

Dontavius Jackson, RB, Heard County - had 34 carries for 168 yards and four touchdowns in 50-48 win over Morgan County. Jackson now has 2,374 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns on the season.

Zac Johnston, WR, Wesleyan - caught 10 passes for 93 yards in 31-21 loss to Calhoun.

Tyler Jones, QB, Social Circle - completed 11-24 for 217 yards, also had 8 carries for 138 yards and two touchdowns in a 56-49 loss to Landmark.

Wesley Kiggins, FB, Brookstone - rushed for 100 yards on 20 carries and scored two touchdowns.

Tre Lamb, QB, Calhoun - completed 9 of 15 passes for 131 yards and two touchdowns in 31-21 win over Wesleyan.

Demetre Ledlum, RB, Brookwood - ran for 171 yards and three touchdowns on 27 carries in 52-15 win over South Cobb.

Melvin Loving, RB, Coffee - had 183 yards rushing in 29-0 win over Hiram.

Preston Lyons, RB, Marist - scored three touchdowns in 30-0 win over Ridgeland to become War Eagles' all-time leading career scorer, and his 101 yards rushing made him Marist's career rushing yardage record holder.

Courtney Mabry, RB, Carrollton - had 8 carries for 164 yards, with two rushing touchdowns. Also had a fumble recovery returned 42 yards for a toucdown.

Matt Massey, RB, Morgan County - rushed for four touchdowns.

Israel McCain, RB, Laney - rushed for 77 yards and two touchdowns in 27-0 win over McIntosh County Academy.

Leland McCluskey, QB, Brookstone - finished 4-of-5 passing for 151 yards and three touchdowns in 38-0 win over Atkinson County.

Tim McGill, RB, East Coweta - rushed for 152 yards on 24 carries in loss to Tift County.

Matt Moody, QB, Landmark Christian - completed 7-of-14 passing for 124 yards and rushed for 105 yards in 56-49 win over Social Circle.

Jamon Morris, RB, Dublin - rushed for 138 yards on 5 carries and two touchdowns in 60-0 win over Cook.

B.J. Murray, WR, Johnson County - caught two touchdowns, one of 50 and one of 25 yards.

Josh Nesbitt, QB, Greene County - threw three touchdown passes in 29-2 win over Macon County. He also had two interceptions from the free safety position.

Cameron Newton, QB. Westlak - completed 15 of 24 pass attempts for 184 yards and ran for 90 yards and four touchdowns in a 27-6 win over Statesboro.

Darrell Norman, RB, Lincoln County - rushed for 89 yards on 4 carries and two touchdowns in 53-8 win over Trion.

Eric O'Neal, RB, Houston County - rushed for 161 yards and five touchdowns in 35-21 win over Newnan.

Brandon Nolley, RB, Hancock Central - had 5 touchdowns and 285 all purpose yards in 36-22 win over Gordon Lee.

Tauren Poole, , RB, Stephens County - had 27 carries for 190 yards and two touchdowns in 35-14 win over Carver, Atlanta. That gives him a total of 1822 yds and 23td's for the season.

Kevian Prather, RB, Turner County - rushed for 202 yards and two touchdowns in 33-16 win over Bryan County.

Baccari Rambo, QB, Seminole County - rushed for 379 yards and 6 touchdowns in 68-8 win over Chattahoochee County.

Cedric Rawlings, QB, Johnson County - rushed for 81 yards and threw for 174 yards and three touchdowns in 34-6 win over Portal.

Quadrez Reese, RB, Warren County - carried the ball 26 times for 239 yards and three touchdowns in 56-24 victory over Bowdon.

Scottie Roach, RB, Toombs County - rushed for 145 yards on 20 carries in 40-20 loss to Early County.

Matt Roberts, RB, Habersham Central - had 22 carries for 121 yards and two touchdowns in 28-26 win over Cherokee.

Darreion Robinson, RB, Clarke Central - ran for 120 yards and two touchdowns and had four catches for 97 yards and a touchdown in the Gladiators' loss to Pebblebrook.

Zeke Rozier, RB, Bleckley County - rushed for 121 yards on 18 carries and two touchdowns in the Royals' 19-10 upset win over Fitzgerald.

Richard Samuel, RB, Cass - finished the game with 80 yards on 12 carries and three receptions for 101 yards and a touchdown in 17-14 (OT) loss.

Tommy Seals, QB, Warren County - carried the ball 6 times for 72 yards and two touchdowns and was 7 of 8 in passing for 116 yards and one touchdown in 56-24 victory over Bowdon.

Jaybo Shaw, QB, Flowery Branch - completed 8 of 12 passes for 248 yards and three scores. He also had a game-high 68 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries in 45-14 win over Sandy Creek.

Debrale Smiley, RB, Thomas County Central - rushed for 144 yards on 26 carries and two touchdowns in 21-14 win over Westside, Macon.

J.R. Spivey, RB, Pebblebrook - ran the ball 28 times for 183 yards and 2 touchdowns to lead the Falcons to a 32-28 win over Clarke Central.

Jerrard Tarrant, WR, Carrollton - had three receptions for 116 yards and an interception on defense.

Emmanuel Taylor, QB, Early County - completed 14-22 passes for 283 yards and four touchdowns in 40-20 win over Toombs County.

Chris Teal, QB, Cairo - had 12 offensive touches for 78 yards and two touchdowns. He had 9 carries for 52 yards and 2 of 3 passing for 26 yards. Teal played defense for the first time this season at corner and had one interception.

Jeff Turner, RB, Athens Academy - rushed for 110 yards and three touchdowns in Spartans 41-0 win over Fellowship Christian.

Adam Urbano, RB, Calhoun - rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown, also had 94-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in 31-21 win over Wesleyan.

Udom Umoh, WR, Peach county - had six catches for 104 yards.

Cornelius Walker, RB, Mays - gained 168 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries in 20-14 win over Northwest Whitfield.

Brian Wilcher, RB, Dublin - rushed 125 yards on 9 carries and two touchdowns.

Tery Wilborn, QB, Etowah - completed 8 of 9 throws for 90 yards and a touchdown as The Eagles beat Parkview 26-21 for their first ever playoff win.

Kelmetrus Wylie, RB, Washington-Wilkes - rushed for 222 yards and three touchdowns. Wylie also threw a 29-yard touchdown pass with 1:02 remaining to rally the Tigers to a 30-26 victory over visiting Callaway.
