Video: Tim McGill Playoff Action

East Coweta Running back Tim McGill is a player to watch in the class of 2008. As a junior, McGill amassed 1600 yards rushing and 23 touchdowns in 2006. Here is some video footage of the bruising back in the Indians' first round playoff game against Tift County.

It was in a passing league that Tim McGill caught the eye of a Georgia Tech coach. Then it was Ohio State that showed some interest after a fine performance at a combine last summer.

Now the 6-foot-1, 225-pound fullback is turning heads around the Peach State with his performance on the football field.

McGill led his team to the state playoffs this season, but unfortunately, the Indians lost to Tift County 22-7 in the first round.

In that game, McGill ran for 154 yards on 25 carries, including a 41-yard touchdown run in the second quarter which accounted for the Indians' only points.

Here is footage from that game of Tim McGill in playoff action.

McGill lists Ohio State, Georgia, Auburn, Georgia Tech and Clemson as his early favorites.
