At 6-3 and better than 190 pounds, Justin Tuggle is a big, athletic quarterback from Northview High School. He has a strong arm and is a good runner. He was a standout at the Scout.com Combine held at Georgia Tech last spring, and he has been working at Competitive Edge Sports to improve further on his already impressive athleticism.
Tuggle was 67/134 for 833 yards and five touchdowns as a junior in helping to
lead his team to a 5-5 season last year.
Mississippi State is the first team to step up to the plate and offer him a
Tuggle comes from good genes as he is the son of Atlanta Falcons legend Jesse
"The Hammer" Tuggle. While Tuggle starred at linebacker as an
undersized dynamo at 5-10 and 220 pounds, the younger Tuggle has the size that
schools across the country covet.
