Q. I've recently changed my email address. How do I update my account?
A. You can update your account information, including email address, via Member Services. To do so, click on the "My Account" link atop the front page of the site. Login if prompted, then click the "My Member Profile" link and make any modifications as required.

Q. How can I view the status of my subscriptions, including purchase date, expiration date, renewal period and price?
A. Account status information is available by clicking on the "My Account" link in the atop the front page of the site. Login if prompted, then click "My Subscriptions" to view subscription status.

Q. I do not wish to receive email updates from as part of my membership. How can I change my email preferences?
A. You can update your email preferences in "My Account". Please go to:

Q. My credit card information has changed. How can I update my credit card used for billing?
A. Click the "My Account" link atop the front page of the site. Login if prompted, then click the "My Subscriptions" link. Then click the "Update payment information..." link, enter your new information, and click "Update".

Q. How do I resolve an issue with my print magazine subscription, such as confirming the expiration date, renewing, or obtaining a missed issue?
A. Please contact the magazine publisher directly. Contact information is typically available in the masthead just inside the cover of any recent issue.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. For your account security, we request that all members perform any account maintenance including subscription cancellations via our secure web interface.
To do so, click the "My Account" link atop of the front page of the site. Login if prompted, then click the "My Subscriptions" link. To cancel any subscriptions, click the "Cancel this subscription" link that appears directly below the pertinent subscription, then follow the instructions on the ensuing confirmation page.
