Trailing 14-0 in the second quarter, Fayette County turned to its top playmaker Friday night against Starr's Mill.
Brandon Boykin, a four-star prospect that plays both offense and defense for the Tigers, erased that deficit with two big touchdowns and Fayette County earned a 28-14 victory over the Panthers.
The victory was Fayette County's 10th in a row and concludes an undefeated 2007 regular season.
For Starr's Mill, their season comes to an end exactly as it began: with a .500 record.
Boykin, who is committed to the University of Georgia as a cornerback, scored both of his touchdowns from the nine-yard line.
Fayette County added its final two scores with under 7 1/2 minutes to play.
The Panthers' 14 points came off a Spencer Penson three-yard touchdown dash and a 20-yard fumble return for a score by Chris Sudduth.
