Cedar Grove High star Josh Jarboe told GAVSV.com earlier last week that he was strongly considering making a commitment before the Under Armour All-America Game was over.
He wasn't lying.
Saturday the talented receiver made the biggest decision of his young life, selecting Oklahoma over LSU, Georgia and Florida.
Jarboe was one of the top performers all week at the Under Armour practices and drew praise from the ESPN broadcast team throughout the contest Saturday. When it was time to make a commitment, he pulled an Oklahoma hat from underneath a Florida hat that sat next to ones from Georgia and LSU.
"I want to play right away and help the team," Jarboe said in the previous interview. "Wherever I feel is the best choice, that's the one I'll pick."
As it turns out, that "best choice" was Oklahoma.
