Henry County wide receiver Jamal Patterson has often said that he gets surprised when he receives a new scholarship offer.
Well, the talented playmaker is likely getting used to it as more and more schools are expressing their interest in the 6-foot-2 standout.
And Friday was a big day as five schools through their respective names into the hat.
"Tulane, Ole Miss, Dartmouth, Yale and Princeton offered today," Patterson said.
The five new offers only adds to an already impressive list that includes such schools as Wake Forest, Alabama, Clemson, and Florida among others.
Patterson says that the early attention is great but he is making sure to stay focused and not let it go to his head.
"It's great (to get the offers) but I know that I can't stop working," Patterson said. "I gotta keep working."
