For Peachtree Ridge linebacker Kevin Minter, the recruiting process is not getting any easier.
Not when elite colleges continue to express their interest in the 6-foot, 235-pound defender thus giving him more options and more to think about.
A week after securing a scholarship offer from Maryland, Minter picked up another one; this time from a Big 12 program.
"Kevin just received a written offer from Bob Stoops at the University of Oklahoma," Minter's older brother, Murray, informed GAVSV.com Tuesday evening.
Minter has never been to Norman but the Sooners are definitely in the mix for his services. The Top 100 prospect visited Clemson last weekend and is looking to visit more schools in the future.
As a junior last season, Minter achieved 137 tackles and six sacks from his middle linebacker spot.
