3 New Offers for Star WR Jamal Patterson

Henry County pass-catcher has added a few more scholarship offers from some big-time programs.

A few days after learning that he has been invited to play in either the Under Armour or Army All-American games, Jamal Patterson's good news has not stopped.

"I have picked up three more offers," Patterson told GAVSV.com

And what three new programs are the latest to extend scholarships to one of the most talented players in the state of Georgia?

"Florida State, Maryland and Auburn are the three," Patterson said.

The offers from the two ACC and one SEC schools just adds to an impressive list that seems to grow by the day. The Henry County High standout already boasts offers from such programs as Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Clemson.

While it is still much to early for Patterson to announce a favorite, he is quick to point out that he is thankful for all the attention and is honored to earn the three latest offers.

"Florida State has a great history and they are on the rise," Patterson said. "Maryland and Auburn are both great programs with great styles of offense. They are all play big-time football."

As for impending visits, the 6-foot-2 and 188-pound wide receiver has a busy schedule in the coming months.

"I am headed to UGA on March 22," Patterson said. "I also plan to go to spring games at a lot of schools like Florida, South Carolina, Central Florida, Wake Forest, North Carolina and Clemson."
