Cairo High quarterback Angelo Peace made a name for himself as a junior a season ago and now he's hoping that the momentum of making it to the 3A Championship game carries into the recruiting world and into next season.
"I haven't gotten an offer yet but I've been getting letters," Peace said.
The 5-foot-1l and 190-pound athlete recently attended the combine in Jacksonville where he turned some heads with his versatility.
So far he has visited both Florida A&M and Georgia Southern - two schools that have been sending some of those afore mentioned letters.
"I liked Georgia Southern," Peace said.
