According to an article published in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Darren Myles Jr. of Carver-Atlanta received a scholarship offer from Florida.
The offer came from head coach Urban Meyer while Myles was in attendance at the Gators' annual spring game.
"Darren is intrigued by the offer," Carver-Atlanta coach and Darren Jr.'s father, Darren Myles, told the paper. "Who wouldn't be intrigued by Florida? Florida was one of the schools he was interested in before his recruiting took off."
According to the article, the 6-foot-2 and 190-pound safety prospect also picked up recent offers from Notre Dame and Clemson.
