Rodruguez Price has officially earned his first two college scholarship offers.
"Army and Akron have offered," Price told GAVSV.com Monday afternoon. "It feels good to be offered. I am just blessed to have schools interested in me."
So, what does the 5-9, 173-pounder think of the two schools?
"I don't know much about them," Price said. "I just have seen them a few times on TV on ESPN. I will find out more now that they have offered."
In addition to the interest from Army and Akron, Price has also been hearing from a handful of programs.
Though the other schools haven't yet offered the running back/cornerback prospect, Price says he knows they are interested.
"Coaches from Tennessee came to see me," Price said. "Also Central Michigan, Wisconsin, Navy and Georgia Tech have seen me and I am hearing from them all."
Price just recently completed spring football practices and is looking forward to his final year at Creekside High.
"I am really excited for my last year," Price said. "I just want to go out there and continue to show schools what I can do."
