Jamoris Slaughter was one of the top defensive back prospects for 2008 in not only the state of Georgia but entire country after a stellar career at Tucker High.
Recruitment: Slaughter committed to Notre Dame in June of 2007 and never looked back despite pressure from several programs throughout the southeast.
At Notre Dame: Slaughter will have the chance to play right away for a defense that lacked playmakers a season ago. Helping matters for the speedy defender is the fact that the Irish only signed one other defensive back as part of the 2008 class.
