One of the top performers this past weekend at the Under Armour/Scout.com Combine at the Georgia Dome was Washington High' Branden Smith.
The talented three-way player that lines up at wide receiver, defensive back and on special teams posted the day's fastest 40-yard dash time when achieved a 4.28-second timing during the event.
The speedy 40-yard dash is just one example of the type of athlete that Smith is on the gridiron.
"I am happy about that time," Smith said.
On the recruiting front, Smith has quite the lot of offers as he is approaching 30.
And with 40-yard dash times like the one he posted this past weekend and a full senior season still to be played, expect many more.
