Josh Jarboe, the talented wide receiver who starred at Cedar Grove last season, has elected to enroll at Troy University in Alabama.
The former four-star recruit had signed with Oklahoma out of high school earlier this year before Sooners coach Bob Stoops dismissed him from the program.
Jarboe was rated one of the best players in not only the state of Georgia but in the entire country as well for the 2008 class.
