Background: A three-star prospect and the nation's 29th-best safety prospect as a senior a season ago, Bacarri Rambo starred at Seminole County High. Rambo played quarterback during his prep career but always projected as a safety at the next level.
Recruitment: Rambo had a handful of college offers to choose from and picked Georgia in February of 2007. Other elite programs that he strongly considered were Alabama, Florida State and Georgia Tech.
At Georgia: Rambo has performed well since enrolling in college and likely will play as a reserve safety right off the bat for the Bulldogs. Georgia is expected to be without safety Quintin Banks to start the season and Rambo will be called upon early to help fill that void.
