Pre Spring "Sleepers"

This group of prospects is what makes this job fun. Some of this list does not have a offer and some have over 10 offers ,whatever the case these are not household names yet and I do stress yet.....

We did our Pre Spring Top 10 this week and all those propects have multiple offers and daily stories written about them from every scouting service in the country.

This group of kids are the types that you win championships with.

This is the type that teams are built around. Leaders on and off the field and in the locker rooms.

Here is our Pre Spring list of "Sleepers"

I can't think of better prospect to start this story with than...

Henry Anderson- Anderson, who is 6'7" DE from Woodward Academy with a great motor. After his performance at the Atlanta Scout.Com Combine, I look for his rankings to move up real soon. Has over 10 offers and his latest was from Florida State

Blake Gowder- ( Union County)This young man has done nothing but perform well at every combine and his film speaks for itself. He is 6'2" 205lbs and runs a legit 4.6 Forty. He is the picture perfect FB for me on the next level.

Tommy Sanders- ( Crisp County) This LB recently committed to Central Florida. He is a little raw, but he has tremendous football speed and one of the best tacklers I have seen in this class.

Hutson Mason- Only a one year starter but he made the most of his one year by throwing for over 3,500 yds. He is a early offer from Iowa. UGA was on campus today at Lassiter to see him in person. I look for him to pick up at least 3-4 more offers before it is over with.

Shawn Green- A run stopping D-lineman who was pivotal in Grayson's deep run into the playoffs. The knock on him is that he is a little short. Warren Sapp didn't receive a offer until 3 weeks before signing day because the "experts" thought he was too short as well. Get my drift? He already has multiple D1 offers though at this point.

Vic Beasley- A big time physical athlete from Adairsville that is drawing SEC/ACC attention based off his off season performance. He really made a name for himself in Tampa last month at the 7 on 7 tourney there.

There are so many kids that can be on the list and I will almost have to do a part 2 on this very soon. Kids that should be on the list.

BJ Bostic, Jonathan Watters, Tyman Garrett, Austin Shepard,Greg Franklin, David Yankey.
