Riverside (1-5)
7 (7)
St. Ignatius (6-0) Cleveland, OH

St. Ignatius put up an impressive 35-7 win on Glenville. The Wildcats were happy to be home after back to back trips to Pennsylvania. John Adams has won three in a row, but that streak should end on Saturday.

Lincoln posted one of the most impressive outings in the Top 20 with a big win over a solid Rickards team. The Trojans should handle a trip to Buchholz as well.

Last: Def Rickards 39-3
Next: 10/5 @ Buchholz (2-3)
17 (18)
North Allegheny (5-0) Wexford, PA

The Tigers weren't likely to be challenged by Butler, and they weren't. North Allegheny has likely had 10/5 circled on its calendar all year in preparation with its showdown with Gateway.

Last: Def Mason 35-0
Next: 10/5 Middletown (2-4)

20 (33)
Camden County (5-0) Kingsland, GA

Those cupcakes Camden County had been feasting on must have been low cal, because the Wildcats stayed lean and mean as they opened up region play with a blowout at Valdosta. Camden stays home against a good Coffee team this week.

Next: 10/5 Coffee (4-1)
21 (21)

Last: Def Shiloh 45-27
: 10/5
Central Gwinnett (3-1)
23 (23)
Miami Central (2-2) Miami, FL

Miami Central handled a good Columbus team as the Rockets continued the nation's toughest schedule. A trip to Homestead is a relative breather, and Homestead is a dangerous team at 4-0.

Last: Def Columbus 28-17

Maine South (6-0) Park Ridge, IL

Niles West brought a 5-0 record into the game against Maine South, but they were clearly in a different league as the Hawks won big. Maine South's trip to Evanston should produce a similar result.

Last: Def Niles West 51-14

Last: Def King's Academy 59-0
Next: 10/ 5 @ La Salle (4-2)
34 (36)

Bentonville (5-0) Bentonville, AR

Bentonville didn't need much of an effort to defeat Siloam Springs. A trip to Rogers this week should at least make the Tigers play into the fourth quarter.

Last: Def Siloam Springs 56-0
Next: 10/5 @ Rogers (5-0)
35 (NR)
Coppell (5-0) Coppell, TX

Coppell continued its perfect season by beating No. 12 Allen at home. The Cowboys have a week off to let that victory sink in before getting back to work with a trip to Hebron.

Last: Def Dallas Jesuit 56-24
: 10/5 @
Lake Highlands (3-1)
39 (39)
Ensworth (7-0) Nashville, TN

Another week, another blowout. Montgomery Bell Academy should be Ensworth's toughest game to date, of course that's a relative statement as Ensworth might have the weakest Top 50 schedule to date.

Last: Def Pope John Paul II 49-0
Next: 10/5 Montgomery Bell Academy (5-2)

Carmel (7-0) Carmel, IN

Carmel had been impressive much of the season but hadn't been tested in the last month. A victory at Warren Central helped propel the Greyhounds into the Top 50. A showdown on 10/12 with Ben Davis will help determine if they get to stay.
