How did your junior season go?

I though it went pretty well – I started at Left OT and did a lot of rush blocking, but I also had a lot of good opportunities to show my pass-blocking skills. I liked the mix of reps at ROT, LOT, and OG. My team was one of Indiana’s leading rushing teams for most of our season and I was proud to be a part of a line that allowed us to put big numbers on the board week after week.

What schools are currently recruiting you?

Mizzou (Missouri), Michigan State, Indiana, Princeton, Boston College, Bucknell, and Purdue are the schools that I’ve heard from the most since day 1, but Ball State has recently joined. Both Ball State and Princeton have already stopped by my school to check on me and my Mizzou (Missouri) coach told me that he’s coming to Kokomo to see me this spring (evaluations.) I’ve also started hearing from several other Ivy’s and some high-ranked FCS schools.

What offers do you currently have?

None yet, but I think I’m close to getting something very soon.

Do you have a favorite school at this point?

It’s pretty early to pick favorites. There are definitely some schools I like a lot, but I still have a few more I have to visit, so I don’t want to rule anyone out. I’m also getting a lot of contact from new places, too, so I’m pretty open at this point. Academics will matter a lot in my decision.

Is there a school you wish was recruiting you?

Wisconsin – it’s my Mom’s school and her family went there. I’ve visited and camped there and it’s an amazing place.

What schools have you visited?

I just got back from an Elite Jr. Day visit at Mizzou (Missouri) on Feb 14th. I was very impressed with their program and had a fantastic time. Back in December, I made a Jr. Day visit to Western Michigan, and this past fall made game day visits to Michigan State, Purdue, Indiana, and Eastern Michigan. (Last spring I visited Northwestern, Wisconsin, and Illinois, too.) I’ve also done camps at Indiana, Michigan State, Illinois, Northwestern, and Wisconsin. I have really enjoyed all of my visits.

Do you have upcoming plans to visit any other schools?

I’m planning to visit my eastern schools during my Spring Break. Ball State is going to have me come down sometime this spring and I’ll be going back to Indiana probably during Spring Practice. I’m also planning to go to camps this summer at my main schools.

What other sports do you play?

I throw in Track (Shot put/Discus)

What would you like to major in?

I’m considering Computer Science or Engineering
