2017 Profile

Jake Hill QB

Tri-West

Tri-West has another outstanding crew coming back for the 2016 season. Indiana University recruit Peyton Hendershot and WR Casey Coll give the Bruins two outstanding playmakers in the passing game. The man delivering the ball is overlooked 6-3, 195 pound QB Jake Hill.

How did last season go?

Last season was tons of fun. We started out kind of rough but used it as a spark to a great season. We played some good teams and showed what we had and eventually lost to the state champions in the sectional Championship. Individually I felt proud of my season which consisted of 30 touchdowns and 2,739 yards passing.

What are your goals for upcoming season?

Being my senior year I can't wait to see what we as a team can do. We have tons of returning talent with lots of experience. First and foremost as a team one of our main goals is to bring the conference title back home. Next step would be to take it week by week in the playoffs, starting with sectionals, and advance to winning the state championship. On a personal level my goal is to be the best leader I can be to better my teammates and lead us on this journey.

Which of your teammates will surprise this year?

JUDD GRUBBS! Judd is an athlete and plays for us as a receiver and returner and in my opinion is going to be a big part of what we have going. He is coming off of a big injury from last year and is looking great here early on, I think he could really catch some attention.
