DuPont Manual (Ky.) defensive back Percy Minor will have an opportunity this season to make a name for himself against the toughest district in the state of Kentucky.

Percy Minor got a chance to take his first college visit this past weekend for Kentucky's Junior Day. Minor came away excited about the visit and about what he saw at the SEC school.

"My visit for Junior Day at Kentucky was good," said Minor. "I'm really interested in that school. It seems like they are all about hard work and I think I would fit in just fine," Minor continued.

Kentucky is really the only school he's been in contact with, but Minor hopes to get a chance to visit other schools for Junior Days. Many schools will have an opportunity to see him on the field this season and see the attributes he brings to the field.

"As a player I would describe myself as a hard-working and a leader," said Minor. "But I'm not just a leader by mouth. I lead through my actions more than my mouth," said Minor.

Hard work is clearly a big part of Minor's game and that's an asset that coaches at the next level will be as interested in as his 4.44 forty time.

"I want to get better at everything. There's always room for improvement as a player and a person," said Minor. "This past season I played well and worked my butt off every game to help my team win," he continued.
