"The Bearcats are a really exciting program. I haven't taken a trip up there yet, but I am in the summer," said Hinkle. "I really want to see what kind of program they have before I make a decision about any school," he continued.

There are numerous schools interested in Hinkle with offers from Cincinnati and Western Kentucky. Schools like LSU, Iowa, Michigan State, Rutgers, Wisconsin, Georgia and Georgia Tech have all shown interest as have Kentucky and Louisville.

"It's exciting to hear from those kinds of schools with tradition like they have," he said. "I'm just trying to keep doing what I'm doing and stay focused in school and more colleges will keep coming."

Another college that is beginning to show interest is Illinois.

"Illinois sent me a letter inviting me to their Junior Day on April 2nd," he said. "I'm going to make that trip up there and stay the weekend. In the summer I'm going to try to make at least half of the camps of the schools who are recruiting me," he finished.

Last season for Seneca, the 6-foot-2, 290-pound junior had 54 tackles and five sacks.
