Quron Meeks says Bearcats Lead

Quron Meeks, the 5'11, 165 pound quarterback from Boone County has three schools after him, but one school rises to the top of his list.

Quron Meeks stands 5'11 and weighs a meager 165 pounds, but do not let his stature fool you. Meeks is very athletic, especially in the open field and his 4.4 speed makes him capable of breaking open a huge run. Meeks possesses a strong arm and a smarter mind.

In his last high school game against Scott County in the Class 4A Semifinals, Meeks ran the ball 12 times for 109 yards. Meeks also went 9 of 17 for 148 yards through the air and a 41 yard touchdown pass.

Only a few schools are after Meeks, but he takes it with a smile, "My recruiting is going really well, I took an official visit to Cincinnati last week and I've been to one of Indiana's camps."

Meeks says right now Cincinnati leads for his services due to "their campus, their facilities, and their program is awesome!"

Meeks does not hold an offer currently, but is drawing interest from Indiana University and Eastern Kentucky University, as well as Cincinnati. When asked where he thinks he might be headed, Meeks laughingly says, "Whoever gives me a scholarship is where I'm going to go!"
