One of Lexington's best defensive linemen, Aaron Mullins, had an opportunity to work out at both Kentucky and Cincinnati recently.
After accounting for 50 tackles, 14 for los, eight sacks and three forced fumbles, Tates Creek lineman Aaron Mullins
settled in for a summer of hard work to improve his stock.
He got a chance to work out at both his hometown University of Kentucky as well as at the University of Cincinnati.
"I did good at the UK and Cincy camp," said Mullins who's getting interest from Western Ketucky, Tennessee, Middle Tennessee, Louisville, Oregon, Bowling Green, Illinois State, Marshall and Purdue.
"They said I have good hands and speed coming off the ball," he said. "I ran a 4.9 forty and a 4.5 short shuttle at Cincinnati," said Mullins.
"I consider my speed and quickness as strengths. I have the will to get it done and make the play," Mullins told Scout Kentucky Preps last month. "I want to get better at running to every ball. I want to make sure I give 110 percent every play and take no plays off," he continued.
We will keep you updated on Mullins and his recruitment in the coming months.
