As a sophomore, Quintez Sutton had a rather quiet season with 13 catches for 197 yards and four touchdowns, but it's obvious the potential is there.
"I describe myself as a go-get-it type of receiver," Sutton said. "I like to think that when the ball is in the air, it's mine," he continued. And the schools recruiting him realize that.
"I really like Louisville's new staff a lot," said Sutton. "I like everything (about Louisville). It's close to home and it's a very exciting staff that's getting the program back on track," he continued.
And what about the Wildcats?
"With UK, I like the conference but I haven't really got to know them much yet," he said.
Sutton and his Manual squad are preparing for a scrimmage today against a state and national power. "Practice has been going well. We are just getting ready for our first game," he said. "We scrimmage Bowling Green High (Ky.) on (today) but our first game is next week at Fort Thomas Highlands (Ky.)," Sutton finished.
