Andrus Presents Options

Louisiana always seems to have plenty of athletes and another one of the Bayou State's multi-threat prospects is Kydell Andrus (5-8, 175, 4.5).

Last year as a quarterback for Carencro High School, Andrus threw for 1,103 yards with 15 touchdowns. However, that was not all.

Andrus also put his legs to work by rushing for 572 yards with 10 touchdowns which earned him both All-District and All-Parish honors.

Andrus has not received any offers yet, but said he has spoken with coaches from "Alabama" and is very interested in "LSU".

"I really like LSU because it is so close to home." Andrus said.

Andrus is athletic and is not afraid to show his skills on either side of the ball.

"I've been playing quarterback and safety since I've been in high school and I wouldn't mind if they put me at wide receiver or defensive-back  at the next level because I can catch too."  Andrus explained.

Andrus attended the New Orleans camp in April, but said he has not made plans to attend any other camp.
