Rankings Update: 220-101

After more film work, camps and 7-7s, we have added, subtracted and moved players around in our listing of the top 220 seniors to be in Michigan. Today, we start with numbers 220-101.

It is a great year for talent in the state of Michigan. Past years have rivaled the '09 class in top shelf talent, but never has the state seen this much depth. 46 seniors to be have already received FBS scholarship offers and many more are on the verge. 75 FBS signees is looking like a near certainty.

As a result, the scale is skewed a little bit. There are outstanding players in the 100s and 200s, proving what an awesome year for talent it is. This list is also based on college potential, not high school achievement. We will be posting the rest of the list throughout the week with all of the pieces collected into one at the end. Questions and comments are encouraged on our message board and via e-mail (trieupropsects@hotmail.com).

101 Brandon Colbert FS Detroit King 6'2 196
102 Thaddeus Burton LB Detroit Cass Tech 5'11 220
RISING: On a talented Cass Tech team, Burton is often overshadowed. However, he opened some eyes, winning the Smokehouse Race at Michigan and consistently running in the 4.6 range. A fullback a year ago, he will see more time on defense this year and that is where he will likely end up in college.
103 Tyler Van Tubbergen QB Holland West Ottawa 6'2 175
104 Jason Pratt QB Merrill 6'6 190
105 Christopher Blair TE East Grand Rapids 6'4 235
106 Keith Marks Jr WR Willow Run 6'2 175
107 Martine Stevenson RB Detroit Southeastern 5'6 155
108 Kyle Nichol QB/ATH Lowell 5'8 175
109 Donnell Davis LB Farmington Hills Harrison 5'11 215
110 Rodney Hamilton C/OL Detroit Osborn 6'2 320
111 Maurice Gibbs CB Detroit Cass Tech 6'0 175
112 Ethan Winstead CB Detroit Crockett 5'9 185
RISING: Last season, Winstead was stuck at linebacker. Now that he is back to his natural position of cornerback, he should be one of Crockett's top defensive players. He has shown fine man to man cover skills and could be a safety in college as well.
113 Anquan Clemmons CB Grand Blanc 5'10 150
114 Andrew Evans TE/LB Portage Northern 6'5 210
115 Adrian Bouyer SS Battle Creek Lakeview 6'2 180

123 Ethan Webb RB/LB Battle Creek Pennfield 6'0 220
124 Antwon Johnson DE Detroit Southwestern 6'3 260
125 Brandon Fjerstad LB Hemlock 6'4 225
SLEEPER: After an injury kept him out for much of last season, Fjerstad has had to work hard to get the attention of college scouts. However, his 6'4, 225-lb frame has made that an easier task. A potential defensive end in college, Big Ten and MAC schools are showing interest in this intriguing prospect.
126 Mario Steward LB Detroit King 6'2 200
127 Kaleb Forr OL Davidson 6'4 255
128 Devon Beauford RB Lansing Everett 6'0 185

146 Zach Houghton DT Haslett 6'2 280
147 James Johnson DT Inkster 6'1 280
148 Jerrod Dillard WR Adrian 6'4 180
RISING: Dillard has outstanding size and hands. He catches everything and has shown the ability to make the spectacular catch as well. The only thing he lacks at the moment is blazing speed.
149 Gabe Helmuth QB/LB Saline 6'1 185
150 Skyler Stoker RB Grass Lake 5'11 205
151 Lance Atterberry DT Southfield 6'2 275
