Kuhn Picks Up His First Offer

St. Louis (MO) offensive lineman Gabe Kuhn has excelled on the field and put in a lot of hard work training in the off season to be the best player he can be. It looks like that time has paid off as the talented prospect picks up his first offer.

It's been a banner year for talent in the Missouri class of 2013 for D1 talent. Especially among offensive lineman as another Show-Me State line prospect has picked his first D1 offer.

"I just picked up my first offer from Western Kentucky," said an excited Gabe Kuhn 6'5" 265lbs from St. Louis (MO) Lafayette high school. "It feels unreal. It really hasn't sunk in yet, and I was shocked because I have only been talking to them about a month now."

I asked Gabe what his thoughts were on Western Kentucky?

"Great journalism school, which is a huge plus. It ‘s a growing program, and it has a very good coaching staff. I have gotten to know Coach Obee very well. I am really looking forward to getting over there soon for a visit," said Kuhn.

The athletic offensive lineman is also currently hearing from Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri,Northern Illinois and Ball State, and has plans to camp at most of those schools.

"I am hearing from a lot of schools that want me to come and camp with them. Some have said good things should come out of coming to camp. I will know in a couple of weeks."

Gabe Kuhn was a standout at the Elite Football Combine back in February.

ShowMePreps.com will continue to follow Gabe Kuhn's recruitment.
