Watson Has Great Visit To OU

One of the top linebacker prospect from the state of Missouri in the football class of 2014 talks to ShowMePreps.com about his unofficial visit to the University of Oklahoma this past weekend for their spring game

One of the many unofficial visitors to Oklahoma"s spring game this past weekend was Blue Springs (MO) South 2014 LB Josh Watson 6'2" 233lbs.

Watson spoke to ShowMePreps.com about his trip down to watch the Sooners perform on Saturday.

Watson with past Sooner Heisman trophy winners Steve Owens, his cousin Billy Sims, and Josh White.

"The visit went really good. The people and coaches were fun to talk with and they seemed very interested in me. The players were real cool to hang with, and I had lunch with Tim Kish and the defensive coordinator. They said they love my size," said Watson.

While he is still waiting on an offer from the Sooners, Watson is being patient about hearing the news of OU wanting him to come play for them.

"They've have a lot of national championships and conference championship wins. I had a great visit and I'll just leave it in God's hands on the offer."

Up next for Watson will be an unofficial visit to Missouri for their annual spring Black & Gold game.
