Tough Decision Ahead For Costner

Brandon Costner is down to two schools and still has a planned visit to Kansas this weekend

Brandon Costner, the 6-foot-8 forward from Seton Hall Prep in New Jersey, told the Insiders Report last night he had a very good visit to North Carolina State this past weekend. Costner, who has family in Maryland, said that was one factor he was considering in his recruiting process.

"I want to feel comfortable with the coach and the players that are there," he said. "I did feel comfortable on the visit."

Costner, a versatile inside/outside big man who played this past summer for Jimmy Salmon's Playaz program, is supposed to take a visit to Kansas this upcoming weekend.

"As of now, I still plan on going there," Costner said.

But Brandon also left the door open for a possible decision before the Kansas visit. "Anything is possible. I am getting tired of the recruiting process."

Costner then added: "Right now the odds are I am going to visit Kansas."

Costner had many other schools recruiting him about a month ago, including Connecticut. The National Champs landed wing Marcus Johnson last night.
