Ellington Keeping His Recruiting List Open

Wayne Ellington lists several high major schools

Wayne Ellington, a terrific 6-3, 175-pound shooting guard from The Episcopal Academy in Merion, Penn., continues to state he is wide open in his recruiting process. The McDonald's All American candidate lists several Big East and ACC schools on his list.

Among them: North Carolina State, Seton Hall, Villanova, Notre Dame, Connecticut, and Georgia Tech. Ellington is one of the best prospects in the 2006 class. Ellington has great range on his jumper and is also athletic enough to dart past defenders along the perimeter.

At Ellington's previous workouts, schools like North Carolina, Syracuse, St. Joe's, Arizona, etc have expressed interest.

"I am going to take my time," Ellington said. "I have to see who is really interested. I may try to take some visits during the winter and see some games on campus if I can get the time to do it."
