Piscatway Chief's top receiver, Jermey Crayton is recieving alot of attenttion but not for the postion he is best known for. The 6'2 Crayton is known for his exceptional hands and athleticism at the reciver postion but has started to heat up with recruiters as a big corner.

The Piscataway native help lead his team to an 11-1 record last year and a trip to the Group 4 championship at Rutgers against Hunterdon Central. Even though the Chiefs fell short in the championship, Jeremy had an impressive game leading the team with 3 catches for 71 yards and 1 touchdown.

Jeremy was invited to the New Level Athletics Skills Pass Camp back in March as a receiver, but proved that he can lock down players as a corner. The Chief, was very physical with some the best receivers' at the camp. He performed so well that his recruiting has shifted from wide receiver to corner. At 6'2 185lbs, Crayton shows excellent footwork and speed to cover those division 1 receivers.

When asked how recruiting was going, Crayton replied, "Recruiting is going well however, I have been receiving a lot more interest as a corner from Rutgers, Cincinnati, Syracuse, Minnesota, and Boston College". Jeremy plans on attending camps at Syracuse, Boston College, and Rutgers this summer.

We will follow up with Crayton later in the summer.
