Ramapo Specialist:

The Ramampo Kicker has been attracting major attenttion with his performances in pressure situations.

Ross Krautman of Ramapo High School is no stranger to clutch situations. The sophomore kicker has been on fire when it comes to putting the ball between the uprights this past season with 9 field goals breaking a school record. In two seasons, Ross is 42/43 in extra points. These consistent numbers has earned Ross many accolades such as: AP New Jersey All State team 2nd team, 1st team all North Jersey, 1st All Suburban, 1st team all Conference, and 3rd team All State to name a few.

The 5'8 155lb kicker has been working very hard in the off season with Defrancos Training System to attract more colleges this coming season. Ross has been receiving a lot of attention from Stanford, UVA, LSU, Texas Christian, Florida State, Florida Atlantic and Colorado. With his performances over the past two years, Ross should be receiving more attention his junior year and possibly some major offers. We will catch up with the Raider in the fall to see how recruiting is shaping up.
