look at the LB position. David Blair is the top ranked LB in the preseason for the state of Arizona. Blair also doubles for McClintock HS as
an outstanding fullback. Justin Dugger is the preseason pick as New Mexico's
top linebacker in the state of New
Like Blair, Dugger also is a standout fullback for La Cueva HS. Here's the evidence you decide for

Blair has been very good since his sophomore season. He is a two time 1st
team all region pick. David also recorded 132 tackles as a sophomore and 120 as
a junior. Blair stands 6'2 and
weighs 220 pounds, at the LA combine this past summer Blair ran a very
impressive 4.62 40 time. From a
recruiting standpoint Blair has early offers from UNLV, Army and San Diego State. He is still hearing from other schools
but at this point still only has the three offers.
Justin Dugger is the top ranked LB
in the preseason from the state of New
Dugger has also been a standout for a long time. As a junior Dugger recorded 102 tackles
and 4 sacks, he was voted 1st team all district at LB, 2nd team at RB. Dugger stands 6'1 and weighs 215, he
runs the 40 in a very good time running in the 4.5 range. From a recruiting standpoint, Dugger has
an early offer from Army which to date is still his only offer. Dugger like Blair is still hearing from
