HIGH SCHOOL: Abington Friends School in Jenkinstown, Pennsylvania

AAU PROGRAM: Team Phenom out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

CLASS: 2011, a senior prospect

TAKING A LOOK AT SOME OF KENNY JOHNSON'S BEST GAMES DURING THE 2009-2010 HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL SEASON:

Johnson produced 21 points and grabbyed seven rebounds in the first game of the Harrington Tournament to help his team to a victory.

KENNY'S TOP GAMES OF THE SUMMER ON THE AAU CIRCUIT:

Johnson scored 10 points, added four assists and had five steals to help Team Phenom win its fifth straight game in the Peach State Summer Showcase. The team defeated Team Phoenix, 84-56, according to the coaching staff of Team Phenom.

Kennyplayed well throughout the summer, making contributions in several areas, including the rebounding department. His relentless competitive spirit helps him grab loose balls near the rim.

DESCRIPTION OF HIS INDIVIDUAL GAME:

He is fluid in the paint, allowing him to score with consistency near the basket. He is also very efficient on the boards. He averaged over five rebounds per game.

AAU TEAM: Team Phenom, a program based out of Phildadelphia, Pennsylvania, coached by Paul Gripper. Johnson was one of a few players cited by Gripper as being worthy of division one looks. "He's among the best players in our area," said Coach Gripper.

COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY RECRUITING INTERESTS:

Yale, Penn, Brown, Elon, Columbia, Lafayette, Bucknell, and Bryant.
