Upstate Forward Prospect Off To Solid Start

Jermaine Crumpton, a 6-foot-3, 180-pound small forward/power forward from Niagara Falls High School in Niagara Falls, New York, possesses the tenacity to pick up rebounds on both ends of the floor.

His hard work is appreciated by the Niagara Falls coaching staff as he usually also contributes points.

We previously reported that he produced 10 points and helped his team on the glass in a a victory over Grand Island High School.

In addition, Crumpton scored 17 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in a win over Canisius of Buffalo, New York, 77-58.

In a previous game, Jerome had seven points and six rebounds. "He took two huge charges for us at key times of the game," said Niagara Falls head coach Sal Costantino.

So, Crumpton is finding many ways to help his team win basketball games this season.

WHAT HEAD COACH SAL COSTANTINO THINKS OF JERMAINE CRUMPTON'S INDIVIDUAL GAME:

"Jermaine's a gymrat," said Costantino. "He does a great job on the glass and excels in transition."

"Jermaine got his first questionaire," Costantino said. "It was from Washington. Hopefully, this is just the first of many he'll receive."
