Reporter Mike Sullivan takes a look at the individual game, career and regular season progress of talented senior prospect Evan Conti of Holy Cross High School in Flushing, New York ...

Evan Conti, a 6-foot-3, 200-pound small forward/shooting guard from Holy Cross High School in Flushing, New York, continues to climb the school's scoring list in impressive fashion. A member of the 1,000 point club too, Evan has amassed over 550 rebounds in his wonderful career for Paul Gilvary's program.

UMBC, Tulane, and St. Francis of Pennsylvania recently got involved in his recruiting process.

DESCRIPTION OF EVAN CONTI'S INDIVIDUAL GAME:

He is a leader, a senior who is counted on at both ends of the court to make the key plays. He makes subtle contributions too, boxing out his man, finding open teammates for easier shots.

RECRUITING INTEREST FOR EVAN CONTI:

Conti also has interest from Hartford, Kent State, New Hampshire, Fairfield, and Holy Cross College.

PREVIOUSLY REPORTED:

An injury last season hurt Conti's chances of drawing more recruiting interest early in his recruiting process. "I had a lot more interest last year but I was out for three months in the AAU season with a broken ankle and a lot of those schools stopped recruiting me."

Evan plays AAU basketball for the Rising Stars under head coach Danny Gimple.
