Rising Junior Forward Hopes For Big Summer

Jermaine Crumpton, a 6-foot-3, 183-pound small forward/power forward from Niagara Falls High School in Niagara Falls, New York, is a player to watch this summer on the AAU circuit.

Jermaine is working very hard on making himself more physically stronger. Crumpton had a solid spring, landing the most valuable player in a all star game held in upstate New York. He scored 23 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the event held upstate.

Previously, Jermaine averaged over seven points and six rebounds per contest during the 2010-2011 boy's basketball campaign for Niagara Falls High School.

DESCRIPTION OF JEROME CRUMPTON'S INDIVIDUAL GAME:

Crumpton is a tough rebounder on both ends of the floor. He works very hard near the basket and has been improving each month.

PREVIOUSLY REPORTED:

He produced 10 points and helped his team on the glass in a a victory over Grand Island High School.

In addition, Crumpton scored 17 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in a win over Canisius of Buffalo, New York, 77-58.

Crumpton also had seven points and grabbed six rebounds. "He took two huge charges for us at key times of the game," said Costantino, pointing out several valuable aspects of Jermaine's game.

WHAT HEAD COACH SAL COSTANTINO THINKS OF JERMAINE CRUMPTON'S INDIVIDUAL GAME:

"Jerome works very hard on his individual game," said Costantino. "He does a great job on the glass and excels in transition. He's a gymrat, spends a lot of time in the gym working on his game."
