Long Island Underclassman Has D-1 Interest

Reporter Mike Sullivan takes a look at the individual game and summer progress of Long Island underclassman Terry Harris, who will be attending Half Hollow Hills West High School this fall ...

Terry Harris, a 6-foot-4 1/2 guard/forward from Half Hollow Hills West High School in Dix Hills, New York, had a tremendous summer helping him land some impressive division one interest in his skill level.

The brother of 2011 NBA draft first round pick Tobias (Tennessee) and incoming North Carolina State freshman Tyler, Terry has grown quite a few inches over the past couple of years. He may not be finished. Older brothers Tobias and Tyler are both 6-foot-8. [Older sister, Tesia, is a rising senior guard at St. John's.]

In one of his biggest games this summer, Terry scored 40 points in the Joakim Noah tournament held in Queens, New York.

The 185-pound rising sophomore is a member of the 2014 class.
