Harris said he will announce between Connecticut, DePaul, and Seton Hall. He had previously considered Providence and Miami of Florida. "I am ready to make a decision," Harris said. "It was a tough choice."

Harris originally signed with Nebraska after taking a post-graduate year at Maine Central Institute last year, but opted out of the letter of intent, citing medical concerns about his mother.
After flirting with the idea of submitting his name for the draft, the Queens native decided to take another post-graduate year at Brewster Academy in New Hampshire, under the tutelage of coach Jason Smith.
