In School Visits For Tyrone Nash East Coast recruiting expert Mike Sullivan had a chance to watch Tyrone Nash many times over the past year. Now that Nash has decided to polish his game at Northfield Mount Hermon, Tyrone has some options in his recruiting process ...

The offers were on the table for Tyrone Nash before he even stepped foot on the Northfield Mount Hermon campus in September. Notre Dame, Seton Hall, St. John's, and Kentucky would have given Tyrone a place on its rosters for the 2006-2007 season.

But Nash decided during the summer to continue his game at the prep school up North. It's a decision that some were puzzled but Tyrone always seem to have it all in perspective. Nash took the approach if he has a good season, the offers will still be there.

St. John's University showed its love for Nash over the past 24 hours in taking an in school visit with Tyrone. The Red Storm has been recruiting him since Norm Roberts was named the head coach at St. John's. Roberts would love to land Nash too for his 2007 class. But there are plenty of competitors for Nash's services.

Tyrone, a 6-foot-6 1/2 inch versatile athlete, continues to express interest in Kentucky too. Tyrone played last season for Lawrence-Woodmere Academy on Long Island, New York.
