St. Dom's Guard Chooses A School

Reporter Brian Towey has the latest on a commitment ...

Roland Davis, a guard from St. Dominic's High School in Oyster Bay, New York, made a commitment to the College of Charleston, according to St. Dom's head coach Rob Pavinelli.

Davis, a lefty who has no fear of challenging the bigger bodies inside the paint, proved he can also score and at different areas on the court after competing in the Fall IS8 League.

Roland can dribble-drive past defenders and open up offensive chances for his forwards inside the paint.

"He visited this past weekend and Bobby Cremmins offered," Pavinelli said. "Roland is a terrific shooter and slasher who has a lot of upside to his game."
