BRIAN TOWEY'S VIEW OF MOOKIE JONES: Mookie is terrifically long and great in transition, an exciting run-and-jump athlete. He established himself as a shooting threat as an underclassman, and has gradually expanded his range. From 16 feet on out, he is very capable (lethal along the baselines).

MIKE SULLIVAN'S VIEW OF MOOKIE JONES: Mookie is very effective player in an uptempo situation. He seems equally effective and skilled in transition while the game is at a high pace. He possesses good hands and does a nice job in deflecting balls in the passing lanes. This leads to fastbreak baskets and easy chances. Mookie has some time to improve his medium range game. He is a hard worker so his individual game should progress over the next two years.
