MIKE SULLIVAN'S VIEW ON DURAND SCOTT'S INDIVIDUAL GAME: The best days are ahead for this 2009 prospect from Rice High School in New York City. Head coach Maurice Hicks and his coaching staff have always done a tremendous job in developing talent. And there's plenty of young talent on this roster.

Scott, who can score from beyond the three point line, is also agile and sneaky enough to score around the rim against bigger bodies.

The Big East Schools have already been showing some early recruiting interest. It's a big spring and summer ahead for Scott too. Look for the majority of the Big East schools to evaluate Scott rather seriously in the month of July.

Pittsburgh, Providence, Seton Hall, Hofstra, Rutgers, and St. John's are already interested, according to sources close to the recruiting situation.

Scott has two more full seasons at Rice High School, a team that plays a very competitive schedule and is consistently in the national spotlight. So Scott plays against the top talent night in and night out in the New York City Catholic League.
