A Look At The Game Of Upstate Forward

Reporter Mike Sullivan has the story on a player from upstate New York ...

Michael Goodman, a 6-foot-6 and 225-pound forward from Christian Brothers Acdaemy in upstate New York, is ready to have a great summer, according to his AAU program director, Jim Hart of the Albany City Rocks.

Goodman is a very talented 2009 prospect. The reporters from this website first watched Michael with some intensity at the 16 and under Rumble in the Bronx category. The Rumble in the Bronx is coming up this weekend so it will be interesting to see if Goodman makes the trip to Fordham University starting Friday and ending Sunday.

Previously, Hart has mentioned that Goodman has interest in Georgia Tech and Syracuse. But if Michael has a big summer, the list will grow. And it should grow with some impressive division one names. Hart is excited about Goodman. He has been very positive about Michael's individual game for the past two years. And Hart believes Goodman has more room to improve and become an even better player.
